I take lamictal and have been very pleased with the results. I hope it works for you. Nothing wrong with having a cute pdoc--makes it more fun to go see them. I am lucky, mine is a really good doc and cute.

I'll just skip the "eye candy" stuff...

Are you going off both meds? Lamictal - I finally made it to 100 mg today!

Hope you talk to your doc about the meds...

Oh, you are starting to titrate up on the lamictal. I hope you are patient because it feels like it takes forever! Hang in there and stick with it. Well, unless you have side effects. I like lamictal because I have not had side effects and it has helped stabilize my moods.

Jury is still out on the Lamictal - 4 weeks in ... 100mg dosage started today - going to try that for 4 or so weeks. Knowing my body mass - I'm thinking that is way too low. But I'll be patient...like a good patient New Pdoc.......new meds

I was on 200 mg of Lamictal for about 5 years & was bumped up to 300 about 9 mos. ago due to a sudden & severe episode (bipolar 1). I haven't had any side effects & it does seem to help with the depression. Also take Trazodone & klonopin to sleep. With other meds all combined, I do pretty well. Hope they work for you.--Suzy
