Hey, I'm continuing to break the 40 mg. tabs in half, with little side effects. I did feel some anxiety today at work, but not unbearable. I am having these vivid dreams, though! Some mildly sexual, others just wild long mega dreams!
Anyone else experienced this! Reducing Paxil...vivid dreams...

I don't know if I am remembering this right, but my understanding is that one of the effects of Paxil is that it suppresses REM sleep--dream sleep. It seems likely then when you go off or taper off you will have more dreaming.

Hi! I take 60 mg of Cymbalta, 15 mg. Abilify, Klonopin 2 mg @bedtime..plus Xanax 2mg per day. The abilify seems to help my depression more so than anything else. I have horrific and vivid horror& sexual themed nightmare every single night. This fact is really disturbing me. Any suggestions? I am at my wits end!

I had nightmares. Nasty, hideous, vivid nightmares. I don't know what can be done for it, but you're not alone with the vivid dreams (nightmare or not).

Oh you better believe it. Since stopping Effexor and Xanax I have had dreams that go on and on. I will wake, be thankful the dream is just a dream, go back to sleep and take the dream up where I left off. Unfortunately the dreams are rarely something good. Most are filled with frustration and danger. I have rarely ever had sexual dreams in my whole life but I've had those too and they are bizarre. You could make a Pulp Fiction movie out of my dreams.
