Does anyone have experience with "California rocket fuel", which is Mertazapine and Venlafaxine (Effexor and Remeron)?

Took remeron briefly as a sleep aid. Very strong, very groggy the next day. It also made me angry which I am not normally. Supposed to cause weight gain as well, but I didn't take it long enough for that.
