This may sound trivial, but I have been unable to read for pleasure for several years now. Since going off caffeine, I am now enjoying reading again. I couldn't concentrate before and just waited till I was exhausted to get to bed and try to sleep. Now, I'm looking forward to going to bed (even early!) to read.
Tomorrow is my first day back at teaching, the environment in which I've relied so heavily on coffee to keep me going. Not gonna do it from now on!
Love and healing thoughts to all of you weaning off caffeine!
Patty
