The pnp now wants me to try frying my brain with TMS. "I've done a lot of research and gone to presentations about this; please look into it". Ok- taking an electrified magnet to my head does not sound like a good idea to me.
Course, she takes legalized speed. If I wanted to fry my brain, I'm sure I could find more pleasant ways to do it. Time to create my own wellness plan.

Well look on the bright side, at least she isn't thinking ECT, I have had several friends go through it, and after a treatment these people are destroyed physically and mentally for several days , I actual would feel better about an electrified magnet than electric hold the magnet , trust me I have epilepsy I know intimately what a bad seizure does to a person ,my last seizures put me in the hospital for a week ,mine are random , I can't imagine planning your life and day around one twice a week , and I'm middle age so I remember a friend having ECT back before they paralyzed and anesthetized people , that's some pretty barbaric stuff . I also have / had high blood pressure , the "had" is because I went and found the one natural "cure" for it a worse disease ! Although like my sleep pathologist and I have fun "arguing" about the worse disease actually came first but nobody had it on there radar because it layed dormant for half my life, until something in the environment brought it out , he also thinks my physical condition is why I have sleep disorders he just can't wrap his head around how .for many years some ones hey I wonder if this will work has been psychiatry main method for treatments and therapies , I mean at one point in history doctors gave people injections of malaria because it seemed to be a "cure" for psychosis and it did work ! The people became to sick to care before they died . Kiya you are really a remarkable person to be such a patient patient with doctor who probably has herself for a patient, not a good thing ,where I live we have a sorta medical school it's a school for osteopathy, and I can honestly say I hate osteopathic medicine, they couldn't handle med school or veterinary medicine so a degree as a D.O is kinda like the consolation prize , so we have an endless supply of these new graduates that if common sense was really common what's there excuse ? They only thing more ignorant with a worse attitude is the advanced practice nurses , and I am sorry I'm paying for a doctor not a fancy nurse with an attitude , so give me what I am paying for and stop cutting corners , I can barely find real doctors that have any idea what my disease is , so there is zero chance a fancy nurse is going to have the knowledge that real doctors don't, yes I realize that sending a nurse to do a doctors job for less money is good for you and your profits but it's not "good" with me .any way I got on my soap box, sorry.
Next time you see her you might ask her what psychiatrists were doing giving that stuff to our soldiers and see what she says, if she says making a big mistake she might be decent . |

I know they give propanenol (spelling?) to soldiers to keep them from freezing up so they fight in battle. I was even put on it for a little while. No idea why.

During the gulf war they speed soldiers up with medications, after a combat tour outside the wire they would then take sedative hypnotic medications to get down rest for 6 hours again.
