just started this for sleep and my ***** is getting kicked ... my problem is it worked and I am not sure if the side effect (exstream dizzyness ) is truley from this or just my allergies running amock ... antihistamines and scopamine seem to have no affect ... so I do suspect it ... I am just asking if anyone else has had dizzyness from this med and if so did it go away over time ...

ty ... tigger.

The side effects can be reduced if you eat and drink after taking it
Thanks for this!

I started taking this a month ago, and it did nothing for sleep. I had to go back on my sleep med. But I know that sleepiness and dizziness is a side effect. How much are you taking and are you still having this problem?
