Hi,
First let me just say that I know meds help a lot of people, including me in the past! ![]() However my work situation has been getting to me over last 2 years, since taking a job just for full time benefits and not having much luck getting another job I would enjoy. And working closely with someone I don't particularly get along with. So I though maybe the Zoloft would help get me motivated again, since it had helped me in the past. However after 4 days of 12.5 mg and 2 days at 25 mg, I realized I felt awful and was not getting restful sleep. It's so weird that meds for depression/anxiety cause sleep issues, which just exacerbates one's problems!!! At any rate, I remembered why I went off of them, and how awful the "discontinuation" symptoms were. Don't want to have to go through that again. Sooooo, I did not take any this a.m. and am hoping a week wasn't enough to have any withdrawal symptoms. Has anyone else stopped taking Zoloft, and was it challenging? |

If you've only on it for a week it probably won't be that bad

True, one week is not long at all. Just glad I decided to stop before it got harder to stop!
