Because of my work schedule I take mine at 10:00 pm with what would be my dinner. Dinner time is my lunch
I them take my Requip for rls about an hour later. Taking it at 10 also leaves me some time to digest my dinner before I take my Ambien, which should be taken on an empty stomach.
