Hello

I have recently started to suffer from hallucinations and Iam wondering if drugs are commonly used to treat this problem.

Thank you

Richard

Yes drugs are very commonly used to treat this problem.

Yes, it is commonly used. An example would be antipsychotics (neuroleptics) for such symptoms.
From what I understand, they would first make certain that there is no physical (organic) cause before thinking about psychiatric causes.

I hope that you are able to see someone asap and sort it out.
Best of luck.
