Hi
I started 150mg of seroqle a few weeks ago i worked great in those few weeks but now i take it and i fall asleep and later on durning the night maybe a few hours i wake up again but can fell sleep again i also been taking clonazepam for sleep as well it that works but i am wonder what else i can do ? my next appoiment is in March 28th the I was on 100mg of seroqle before but that was not working as a good anymore so my doctor increased

Also do you think it will be okay to take over the counter sleep meds ? in the mean time when i see my doctor again

I have the same issue I take 200mg of seroquel and am up four hours after I fall asleep. I have a hard time falling back asleep.

My pdoc has me on cyclobenzaprine for sleep. It is a muscle relaxant, but he says that it helps you stay asleep. I think it helps some.

I find lyrica works really well for staying asleep at night but is easy to habituate to and have to take more so I only take it on occasion.
