Hello!

I have been on this crazy ride of medication for a very long time. I'm on around 10 medications right now. These include: Depakote, Lithium, Nortriptyline, Risperdal, and a few more I can't remember off hand. My doctor and I added Depakote four days ago. After taking the medication, I noticed that a few hours later, my craving of food would spike. I would start eating mass quantities of things and it wouldn't stop. Eventually I resisted, but it wasn't a fun feeling. When I had my weight checked 2-3 weeks ago, I had lost 6 lbs. I'm just afraid that this Depakote will cause me to gain it all back .

I'm on the Depakote for my feelings of reading other people's minds and to slow down racing and compulsive thoughts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
