I have not had a switch in my drug cocktail for months. I have been on Lithium, Lamictal, and Haldol since 2003. I feel I have learned to cope better and need to be on meds that I can physically function on during the day. Are there any drugs from your experiences that have been succesful but not overly drowsy.

Abilify seems to work well and does not cause me to be tired.

Abilify, Geodon and Zyprexa are probably the three most popular right now. Abilify did nothing for me, I'm on Geodon now, which is a little better than the Abilify. Zyprexa was by far the best I've taken, but my doc took me off it because of the possibility of diabetes. It also causes a lot of weight gain unless you watch your diet VERY carefully. None of these caused me to be tired.

Hope this helps,
Greg
