Emsam and Topamax are fine with me however the lamictal seems to make me tired all of the time and even though it is supposed to be weight neutral, I'm finding that I'm gaining weight very quickly , and I work out at the gym every day for at least 45 minutes. When I was only on the emsam and topamax I lost 20 lbs and 12 inches in about 2 months with the workouts. Now on the lamictal I 'm right back to where I started from and needing to sleep most of the day when I return from the gym. Any feedback would be appreciated.
