I took Ultram for pain several years ago. Unfortunately I did not find it to be very effective. Other than little to no improvement in pain, I had no problems with the med.

I've been taking Ativan for over five years. It's been very effective for me. Currently I take 2mg just at bedtime. I haven't needed to take it during the day in quite a long time. When my mental health wasn't so good I was on doses up to 7mg per day.

I take tramadol 50 mg as needed. I've taken it for about a year and alternate with flexeril (I take the tramadol when I need to function). I have nothing but positive things to say about it. It's been very helpful for me to deal with what my dr. thinks may be fibromylgia.

If I take it on an empty stomach, I sometimes experience a little lightheadedness and very mild nauseau, so I make it a point to at least eat some crackers or something when I take it.
