I've been on Seroquel for awhile now and am looking at getting a decrease in the dosage. But I've noticed that sometimes I'll wake up and realize that I was awake during the night and don't remember.

Like I'll wake up and all the lights will be on or I wake up and realize I had a cigarette in the middle of the night!!!!

Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them on Seroquel?

Not on Serequel (doc wants me to try it for sleep--but I take so much sedating stuff already that doesn't help) but, anyway, yes I've had that on Topamax when I had 1 1/2 glasses of wine. Never had a problem with drinking some wine while on meds (like on weekends when we go out) but the Topamax did something to me that made me black out & "sleepwalk" through about 14 hours...no clue as to what I did or said & it started at a restaurant out with another couple. Totally ashamed. Don't know if I acted funny or inappropriate or what. Husband not giving me details other than to say I was functioning (walking, talking) but "not there." I don't think he wants to give me the gory details. Haven't spoken to or seen the other couple since--so embarrassed.--Suzy

I took 200 mg of Seroquel and had the same thing happen. Let your doctor know asap, he/she will adjust the dosage.

Good luck!

I used to take Zyprexa which is similar to Seroquel. I actually switched to Seroquel because the Zyprexa caused weight gain. I haven't experienced this issue with Seroquel but I did frequently with Zyprexa. Zyprexa caused a 'sleep-eating' problem for me. During the night I would snack on whatever I could find and then not remember it at all. In the morning I would find food wrappers and such.
