Has anyone been on this one? I see someone for weight control and she suggested switching from Prozac to Cymbalta.

Any known side effects?

I've been on it for at least a year and haven't had any side effects. It seems to be working just fine.

For me most often it is hard to tell if meds cause side effect or my "issues' if you will, are due to my mental illness problems. It is a better one if ur having a hard time with gaining weight with psych meds (which most cause).

I love being on Cymbalta...I don't have any noticeable side effects, either.

The only side effects I've ever had from Cymbalta was sleepiness in the first week after taking it, and increased thirst. (But that's not bad at all. I need more hydration anyway.)

I love it.

I was on it for about 4 months. I don't think it really helped me much, but I ended up going off it because it gave me the most horrible insomnia... Cymbalta

I was on it years ago. No side effects, didn't do anything for my depression either. Let us know how things go with you!
