I find Ambien to be the best, I wasn't too crazy about Lunesta the way it made my mouth sour and not really sleepy. Ambien knocks me out and i wake up feeling refreshed, like i can begin with my day.

I'm with you. Ambien works really well for me, even at only 5 mg. I couldn't stand the taste in my mouth from Lunesta. It never went away.

I use ambien when I have to sleep, my doc wouldn't even Rx the Lunesta because of so many complaints. I can only use it once in a while. When I was working I used it every night and I was up to 2 tabs and still not falling asleep. But as an emergency only drug, it works like a charm.

i take ambien, 10 mg but i sometimes hallucinate on it.

Ambien just worked the opposite for me. It caused me to have the same effect as if I were drinking alcohol. It made me high and I did crazy things every time I took it. Lunesta just didn't work at all. I have insominia very bad. Can't sleep most of the time.

Ambien has been a life saver for me! I had went forever with no sleep until ambien.
