you know whats so great. my pdoc raised my lithium and for the past three days, no depression and no anger. just feel like running a marathon and waiting to kayak the flood water in the street. waiting for that rain to come overnight. I'll be out there having a blast.

If you are feeling manic on Lithium, you should really let your doc know-- that shouldn't be happening.

i dont know pink and hallie, if this gets me through the rest of the hurricane season with no fear then so be it. i have no fear right now. throw a storm at me and i'll meet it head on.

last two years i was a total mess by just the sight of a wave coming off of the african coast. i dont want that feeling back again.

i see my counsler today, not sure what im going to tell her. cause she keeps in close contact with my pdoc. pdoc i dont see for another two weeks for more of that darn bloodwork.

hugs to ya'll
