I've had the worse week of my life. Last Friday I wake up with a migraine headache, lasted all day.. after it went away in the evening the withdrawals hit me like a ton of bricks... nausea, upset stomache, headache (could be from the remeron or coffee withdrawal-- since I have had coffee in about a week now) saturday still didn't feel good, sunday didn't feel that great....Sunday nite skipped my dose of Remeron so I could allow myself to miss a day... before switching over to Remeron. Monday Felt the effects of no Remeron, I felt like complete *****. I thought I might as well be did was horrible, But I did take my Effexor with food, but all I could feel was the Remeron withdrawal.
Tues and Wed were the worse days I might as well could have been in Dtox. I was nauseated, upset stomache, couldn't eat, couldn't drink, headaches, broken sleep, just not feel good for 2 days. Yesturday started to feel a bit better but not really. I haven't slept good in 2 days.. broken sleep and it has been terrible. ARGH.. been on Effexor now for 4 days? Don't know if it's working or not I'm on a very small dose. |

sorry to hear... but understand. Remember, the meds like effexor begin working as soon as we take them.. but it takes a while to build up for us to feel the good effects... unless you're like me who has such terrible side effects, can't take most meds long enough to know if they work!
hope you're feeling better.
