thank you.... i am feeling very overwhelmed right now. i really have worked so hard. i have dealt with depressin for so long....and i have managed to raise for beautiful children. i don'i know what to do. it is hard for me to ask for help....i don't know what to do...this dr. only knew me for a year....i never did anything wrong..i was always polite and respectful..it just seems that i was bad..or maybe just beyond help

maybe your dr feels that you'd be safer with both? i think meds should be in conjuction with t...but that's just my opinion. did he say why he was demanding t? are you having recurrent thoughts that need to be dealt with? are you having flashbacks? is there a reason that he thinks you need talk therapy that you know of?

i would feel abandoned as well. however, maybe you could go to t and get a professional to simply say that you just needs meds then if that's the case? it might work. you could go to t and explain situation and meet a few times and t might agree that your situation just required meds and it would calm the p'doc down. i'm just throwing things out here that i think might work.

i'm sorry that dr saying that made you feel so badly. i don't think that it means you're weak or says that you haven't worked hard to enter t. i hope the best for you and yours.

be safe,

kd
