The only strange side effect I have noticed taking lexapro is faint muscle tremors in my legs. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than that, it is has been a week and the headaches are gone and the nausea is gone too. I am on 10mg daily.

I was on 20mg a day and I'd get twitches, not tremors.

Hi anxietygirl. I am on 20 mgs a day. When I very first started taking it, I had leg twitches, like the kind you get whenb your nervous and your leg shakes. They'll go away it took me about 3 weeks before they compleatly went away. The biggest side affect I've experianced is dry mouth.
