Fool Zero - you're not supposed to make me laugh.

Phoenix - I'm not sure, she's healing but it'll take a while. At least she's not in critical condition anymore... now "fair", whatever that means.

Hi Christina,

You have some really difficult things you're trying to face, and you could really use some encouragment! i notice that you judge yourself very negatively, cutting yourself down for the way you feel and the things you do. I wonder why you feel that it is wrong for you to feel the way you do? Your feelings and concerns seem perfectly reasonable to me.

The oversleeping and not eating much might indicate that your depression is increasing, so please try not to forget the anti-D's. I'm glad your p-doc appointment is coming up soon. It's good that you were able to eat at least a little bit.

You mentioned that everybody tells you that you need to grow up. Do they realize that by growing up in a dysfunctional household, you have had to cope with things that no child should have to deal with? So in that way, you have had to grow up faster than others who have not had abuse in their family. Also, if some parts of you are not grown up, it is likely because you haven't had the kind of support you've needed to do so.

Despite your depression and other issues, you keep plugging along. I hope you can recognize this and give yourself a pat on the back.
