I have a session with T on Friday, and I've started writing down some things I need to discuss with her, thanks to the motivation and push from you all.

I've written that I've been holding back a lot lately, and that I have been suppressing a lot of things in session. I wrote basically what I've said here about how just being there makes me feel 6874531 times better, and I don't want to lose that. I also jotted down a few other issues I need to bring to her attention.

So i guess I just need some support and hugs. If you've read any of my recent posts, you most likely know that this is something I've been struggling with, and I'm bringing it all up to T Friday.

((((((((((((((angel)))))))))))))))

I think we know when it's time to just let ourselves feel the comfort of being with T, and when it's time to push ourselves a little bit. It sounds like you are ready to push yourself a little bit. I know that when I get that feeling, it's not that I WANT to, it's that I NEED to. I WANT to just hang out with T and be happy But if things keep pushing at me outside of session, I know I NEED to deal with them with T.

It's hard, but I've never really regretted working on the deeper stuff when I've finally got myself to do it. It is such a good feeling to heal...better, in the end, than session after session of just feeling good with T. Although without those sessions of feeling good with T, I don't think I would be brave enough to do the deeper healing work. They go together.

Lots of to you!
Thanks for this!

It's at 3pm. Luckily I have an hour drive to T's office...that will be good time for me to gather my thoughts and ground myself.

Thank you!

I used to be closer, but I recently moved to go to college, so now I'm about an hour away. The only bad part is that it's hard to find an appointment time for me now because of the drive. But T is helping me to make this work!

I so am! I would tell her that every day if I could. She is way too good to me!

That's brave of you, telling T about what's going on with you witholding, etc.

Good Job!
