therapy is getting harder and i'm not coping. Now i hav some weird transference thing happening that is to shame filled to talk about.

Please let your therapist know that you are not coping well right now and he/she will slow it down a bit for you and give you some more coping strategies.

I'm sorry you feel so overwhelmed! Sometimes therapy brings up issues that feel too big to deal with and we just want to run. Have you told your t that therapy is feeling too difficult? Do you think it's because of delving too deep into difficult areas? I know how scary and uncomfortable that can be! I'm here with you.
