Hi,

Well I had my last session with my T tonight and I am pretty anxious until the next session which won't be till the first week in February. She is going away this weekend back home to New Zealand which is on the other side of the world from me. Can't get much further away than that. I normally see her once every fortnight and that I can handle and feel it's just about right for me. But it will be almost 7 weeks without her and I realise I am a bit dependent on her and also because stupid Christmas is coming up to make things worse is making me anxious. Wish I could just hibernate and cut out Christmas completely.

She had mentioned the word "hypo-erotic" in my therapy tonight and I didn't know what it meant and didn't ask her but is puzzling me now. Has anyone heard of it or knows what it means? I tried google but nothing of relevance appears.

I don't know what "hypo-erotic" means, but just wanted to wish you well over the next several weeks while T is away!

Hypo means beneath, below, less... Hypo-erotic probably means not very erotic/sexual.. Less erotic than you'd expect? And good luck over this LONG break! That sounds so hard!
