Hi everyone, I thought I'd post a positive thing here. I like my current T, I started with her at the beginning of the year and I feel like I'm actually learning and thinking about things / growing as a result of the sessions. This has never happened before in my years of being depressed so I just wanted to share

Yay turquoise!! There is nothing more wonderful than the sigh of relief that comes when you finally feel simply understood. I am glad you are having this experience.

Yey!
I'm so glad to hear this turquoise. Is T helping you with your decision about your major?

Edit: I'm so excited about using the dancing chilli - never used it before - and it always makes me laugh. Thank you for giving me the opportunity!
