had another really bad night last night. But right now I'm ok. That's what I keep telling myself. Right now I'm watching movies with my 8 year old and everything is ok.

I just called my T, her partner answered and said she'll have T call me back when she gets out of the shower. I don't think I wanted to know that, really
I am just catching up here. I am so amazed that you keep finding the burst of energy and humor to get through. I'm so glad your T was there to support you when you needed her. You're doing just what you need to do for you.
Thanks for this!

Zooropa,

I'm sorry I'm arriving really late to your thread! I just read about all you've been going through with the trauma work, and being so busy at home trying to deal with everything at once! I'm so glad you were able to call your t and get the support and hear the words you needed to hear to help you carry on!

I often have the experience of having bad dreams and waking up feeling exhausted and like i've been run over by a truck! It makes it hard to get up and do life because you feel like you've used up all your energy in your dreams. I've read that we work through things in our dreams, but am not sure about it. It sure seems that way.
Thanks for this!
