I like some of the blogs that are here on the Psych Central site (outside of the forums). Here is something I was struck by this morning:

Patchy, your post is quite appropriate for me today. As I struggle with whats coming up for me this week during T's break, I realised that all these feelings as painful as they've been, make me human, and if I don't experience my own struggles, how will I understand anyone elses, which brings to mind T's reaction or lack off when I complain about depression. To her Its nothing "wrong", just a sympton.
