((((( Oceanwave )))) I am just not sure what to say to this and I have been thinking about it a bit. I see nothing wrong with useing the anger to move us forward. But Sannah is right - how does a person reach empowerment without it being the anger doing the work? For me, I did use anger to put myself through college. I had a ton of hours in the gym at that time as well - and was in excellent physcical shape. But when the ager was spent, I became less active. I suppose it must be something that comes from the inside.
