Well fellow therapy peeps, my pocket today is open for any riders to session! T had to move it up a day because he has something Wed. So I will see him after work.

Usually that would make me thrilled, but not today. I had some sx stuff come up this weekend that I have to talk about with T. Honestly, I can usually handle this type of thing, but this is not about the past. This time it is dealing with my issues that are happening now as a result of the past.

I will not go into details, but if you are curious, I posted my events of the weekend in the creative corner. I said it was fiction, but so far it has been fact. And I emailed that info to my T. He is an addictions expert along with the PTSD and CSA stuff. So I am with the right person for this job. But I want to run away and hide under a rock right now!!!!

(((((((((((WePow)))))))))))))

I went and read what you wrote in the Creative Corner and I can SO relate to so much of it. The "natural response" is the hardest part of all of this crap for me, I think

I hope T is able to give you just what you need today.

Thanks for this!

Hard to get in your pocket with you if you're under a rock

The session probably won't turn out as you imagine! Be curious instead of afraid and/or, if you're feeling anxious, tell yourself you're "excited" (what's the difference? :-)

I love what you write. It's so raw and so well written.

(((((((((((( All )))))))))))))) You all are just SOOOOOOO awesome!!! I will put the details in my "fictionalized" story. But I thought of each of you there with me for support. It literally felt like I was surrounded by each of you and being rooted on to do what I had to do and to be honest with my T.

This is part of the after session email I just sent him:

~~~~~~~~~
T,
You officially know me now better than ANY other human EVER has known me.
You made me feel safe in session. I felt respected. I felt validated. I felt human.
And the hug at the end was one of the best gifts ever.... because you demonstrated as fact that no matter what I say to you (and how 'dirty' I feel about myself for those things) that I am still viewed in the same way by you - as a fellow survivor and a nice safe regular human. Honestly... that was one of my B I G fears of seeing you today.
My fear was after you heard my reality (( and I knew I was going to have to be totally honest with you - no matter how hard it was for me)) that you would not offer me your hug because subconsciously you would either be afraid of me or think I was after you or that I was contaminated.... hummm.... I know, more of my "stuff" I am trying so hard to work through.
I honestly just wanted to thank you very much for making this one session nothing as painful as I thought it would be. You may not have any idea just how deeply this is coming from for me.
W "
So thank you all again!
