I really really want to talk to my T. I'm having a really hard time. I see her tomorrow night, but that seems so far away right now. She isn't very good returning calls, so that doesn't seem like a viable option. All I can say about how I feel is that it is awful. I hurt inside.

i am sorry you are feeling so low tonight. sometimes time just seems to stand still when we need it to go fast. I find if i keep myself busy with things like going walk doing cleaning listening to music time seems to go faster. I hope you have a good session with your T tommorrow for tonight just try to do something kind for you okay. watch a funny movie even that always helps. i know the pain inside can seem so overwhelming at times but it will lessen it will okay take care

I am so sorry that your heart is in pain in this NOW. Can you tell what triggered you? Is there a way to make artwork to show T tommorow what this feels like?

I'm sorry you are feeling so awful and that tomorrow night seems so far away. I see T tomorrow afternoon and that seems like a long time too. Do you have a phone or email arrangement with your T? Do you know what she wants you to do when you feel like you need her so badly? Maybe you can write her a letter or an email even if you can't send it. Then tomorrow she will know how you felt right now. Or, can you imagine her talking to you? Sometimes it helps me to think about a time when T and I felt really connected, and replay the scene. Or I reread her emails. If all else fails, I read a novel, something that makes me forget about therapy. Or, do something you like that will distract you if reading doesn't do that for you. Or, do you want to post more about why you're feeling so awful? Wish I could help more! I'm having a really hard time with mixed feelings. I can't stand these mixed feelings running into each other. It makes me feel like I'm going crazy. I just can't stand it. I want to just be in a bubble and make them all go away.

Journaling my thoughts and feelings while I was like this was a big help. I also had to remember how much progress I have made and remember you have made lots of progress, too.
