I woke up today---------stressed.
I'm terrified of session tommorow. email discussion. discussion of when or how I might terminate. cus' of school. and I have to talk about a child sexual "abuse" incident.  I still have trouble admitting it was abuse. i am overwhelmed and scared of tommorow. i feel like i dont matter.

I havent read any of the other replies, but you don't HAVE to talk about anything in particular if you are not ready to do so. Please don't be hard on yourself, it's not helpful. When you are ready to talk you will; if it stresses and scares you, maybe not yet. Yr T should not push you on it, either.
 want some company when you go?
