I am going to write a confrontational letter to a former therapist. But I need help with it, because I dont want it to be insulting or too angry. Can I message someone the letter and have them help me with it? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Can you post it here?
I have one piece of advice - use 'I' statements. Keep it about you, and how your T's actions / words / whatever the issue was affected you.
In confrontations keeping it about you leads to a more desirable outcome.

I can try and help.
If you can, it will be an idea to post on this forum too, as you will be able to get a lot of input from various viewpoints.
