I haven't been around much on PC lately. Kids, husband, my blog and therapy have been keeping me busy these days.

I'm feeling scared that my health insurance will be running out soon. I chatted with T about it today and she said we could work something out. I feel like I'm coming to close with therapy as I feel some peace in a part of me I've never felt before . Never thought I would say that

I'm really going to miss T. I told her today that I've been having dreams about her where we see eachother in public but I don't say anything and neither does she. I told her I wish I could talk to her outside of the room. She then said why not? I told her because that would go against the rules . I told her I don't like it but I get it and I understand it.

I have a little over a month before the insurance runs out - thankfully I don't feel like I need therapy that much longer. There are parts of me that feel balanced for once in my life.

As always thanks for listening and sorry I haven't been around much.

Geez - we're here for you.
I'm glad you are at peace and realise how far you've come through therapy.

Thank you all. I am 'OK'. I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster right now. The part of me that doesn't feel balanced is screaming very loudly right now. It's kind of drowning out the balanced part and I'm feeling depressed about the unbalanced section of myself. I'll keep you all posted. Thanks so much for being there. I'll be back soon.

I'm feeling better today. Had a tough conversation with my husband but it went really well. The ups and downs kill me. Lots of snow here so I canceled my T appt today. I'll see her next week. Thank you all for being there
