I know that I have not been here in a while. I have started back to school to finish my social work degree, and have about a year left. I volunteer with CASA and am learning a lot.Im getting very good grades. I am slowly cutting back on therapy. It feels weird. I have a very triggering job and also my classes trigger me. I am doing well despite this. I see my T every other week however I see one at school to help me with stuff there. I think I may be getting better way better its scary and wonderful at the same time.

Thanks. I just really had to make a choice to change my life even if I wasnt at this point I wanted to be at. I learned while doing this that this was part of the healing. I dont want to stay stuck in my own pain and re hash it again and again if all it did was create this cycle. Ive learned that by working and helping kids in the same situation I was in, I feel more in control over myself. When everything was so out of my control before by helping these kids and going to school there is the element of being in control of this and looking at it.
