(((((rainbow))))) we ARE all complicated! and most of us have some wires crossed somewhere, it's what happens to human beings! it will be OK, you will be OK.

Rainbow - I wish you luck tomorrow. I know what you mean about "being with my T may be intolerable." Although our issues are different in specifics, our embarrassment of being 'seen' by T is a tough thing to experience. I have until Friday to prepare. And yes, it is so so so so so complicated. I tend to be quite analytical and have always had the ability to make clear lists, outlines, identify priorities, etc. etc. but now I'm out of my element and my old ways of processing stuff just isn't working anymore. So, I am confused confused confused and that doesn't feel real safe.
Keep posting - it makes the rest of us feel like we're not completely alone in this therapy 'jungle'.
