I just want to say that I *REALLY* miss my T right now. Maybe because tomorrow is my normal session day. I feel sad.

No replies needed...I promise I won't freak out! (lol - I used to say the same thing to my T when I didn't need a reply to an e-mail).

That's all.
Thanks for this!

Okay, this is not a reply. This is just some random message that just happened to fall into your post!

its perfectly ok to miss him and to feel sad and to say you miss him and feel sad.

i think it's truly precious how you've been using the break as a such a learning/growth opportunity. i wish your t could see the amazing work you've been doing. until then, we can sit and listen and be your personal cheer squad. be gentle with you.

Not looking at him is about keeping aspects of self hidden/secret. We know that is not the healthy choice. Keep working on this - you will get there.

Accept there are parts. Be kind and gentle with them. Working with parts and feelings is the key to happiness. We have been happy before when listened to them and accepted them and were open to feelings. Write in your journal - it is safe to do so.

The crazy thing is that he right there in his office! I'm on a therapy break, my choice. It's a good thing, and a hard thing. Mostly good.

Whew. This made me and . Thanks, dinosaurs

I've had SO many things come up that need to be scheduled on Mondays, so really, my Mondays are full for a little while. I'm so busy today that once the day gets going, I know the ache will lessen. And I keep reminding myself that it's okay to be sad, and it makes sense to be sad.

Wishing us all some peace today

hi dear Tree,
I was going to ask if you were journaling all of this, when I realized that your PC posts will serve as that for you. I think one day, if you decide to start again, you may want to copy/paste and give T some reading to do, so he can see where you have been; it's something he would value a lot.

this for you you are doing fine.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
