It wasn't that you didn't do a good job with sharing, it was that she wants you to feel better about it. Chronic - I'm sorry you're going through something similar. I hope your T is open to listening to you and takes into account your feelings.

I think you're right, and now that you say that, I do remember her saying something a looooong time ago about telling the story of what happened and it being desensitizing or something like that. It makes sense. I wish she would have waited a week or two before talking about what is next ![]() |

I had to learn also that "your opinion of me is none of my business"... when you really think about this, it's very healthy.
