Yes. I do tell him this. It is not my core issue, but it is the outside of the onion peel (to use an overused metaphor). It is what I said my first session, the biggest thing I needed help with...expressing myself. That's why he allows me to email, thru that I can usually let him know what's up...but that's limited if it isn't followed thru.
