I have talked to my therapist about this before. Like 2 sessions ago. We talked in detail and he was glad i didn't act on it or obsess about it. He made sure I felt safe before I left the session as well.

I has suicidal feelings again this morning. I take long walks to help me with my benzo withdrawal. I enjoy the walks a lot. As I was walking cars pass by me and I "again" was thinking about jumping in front of one.

I don't feel suicidal. But I'm not a happy camper right now. I suppose I should tell him again. This sucks. Not sure what it is. or what to do!?

Can you maybe do something with art that shows what you feel like with all the sadness? There is something inside that neds to come out and be heard - to be expressed.

That will let you SHOW your T rather than just tell him about these emotions.
Thanks for this!
