I have talked to my therapist about this before. Like 2 sessions ago. We talked in detail and he was glad i didn't act on it or obsess about it. He made sure I felt safe before I left the session as well.
I has suicidal feelings again this morning. I take long walks to help me with my benzo withdrawal. I enjoy the walks a lot. As I was walking cars pass by me and I "again" was thinking about jumping in front of one. I don't feel suicidal. But I'm not a happy camper right now. I suppose I should tell him again. This sucks. Not sure what it is. ![]()

Can you maybe do something with art that shows what you feel like with all the sadness? There is something inside that neds to come out and be heard - to be expressed.
That will let you SHOW your T rather than just tell him about these emotions. |
