I wish I could list all of you individually, but that would take me all day. I know I'm kind of new here and really haven't had a lot of opportunity or time to get a chance to make a connection with each one of you. However, I just want to say that I really do admire the courage that all of you show to be able to come here, open up, get support, be supportive and all the rest of it that goes with it. I am in constant amazement of how all of you even during times that you are down, are willing to keep reaching out to grab onto ANYTHING you can so that you keep on plugging forward into healing. I just wanted to let you all know that based on what you post here, I genuinely admire that in each one of you.

Its been rough lately for me. Many ups and downs. I come onto PC and I find that while it is supportive and insightful, it also stirrs a lot up for me inside and sometimes I just get lost for words. I think sometimes I just need to "lurk" while I try to figure out and make sense of what goes on inside me. This is where I am at right now... and just wanted to send it out into the community to see if this often happens to others?

Hugs to all of you
Thanks for this!

Hi TryinToGetBy, Thanks for the update. I don't think that is uncommon at all. I also find myself going into "lurk mode". There is nothing wrong with that. You are right this is a great place with tons of supportive people. Hope you are ok. Remember that you are ALWAYS welcome here, even if it is just to lurk. Take care. .

There are times I come here and I feel like I want to say something but I can't find the words to say it all. So there are times where I just come on here have a read of every bodies posts and that is all I do.
So I also lurk, there is nothing wrong with doing that. But it's a good thing that you are here and I hope that it helps whilst you are here.

I know if I've had a bad day in therapy or whatever..........I just can't think of anything to write either. I can only give to others when I have something left after myself so I get that. Glad you're lurking. Hope things look up for you soon.

TryinToGetBy, I feel exactly the same way, esp before I joined PC and wasn't participating in discussions.

You are not alone in this. When I'm struggling, I want so very much to offer support to others but I can't find the words that I think might be helpful or I'm just overwhelmed and can't find words at all.

Thank you for posting this, TryinToGetBy.

Yep, I lurk MUCH more than I post or reply, too. Just reading posts helps me to feel less alone. However you partcipate, it is okay!

Just wanted to add that if you are wanting to reply to a post but not sure what to say or if one post really speaks to you, you can always click on the "thanks". I tend to do that when I feel like contributing but I am unsure about what or if I want to post. Just a thought. Completely up to you!
