It's been a heck of a week & weekend. No sleep as of Wed.
But this has been going on since I tapered at the start of May.

Doc gave me ambien. I really want to try and sleep normally. But my nights are turning into nightmares.

I see the new pdoc Thursday.. I don't know what to do. I am hoping I can hang until then,,

Oh I know all too well how hard this is for you. When I withdrew from Benzos it was pure hell. You are doing very well! When I was where you are now in your withdrawal I was hallucinating, my finger nails hurt, I wasn't producing saliva, I thought I was wanted by the police, and I lost the ability to talk -developed a terrible stutter, had horrible stomach pains, felt like I had been hit in the head with a sledge hammer and wasn't able to concentrate enough to hold a conversation or watch tv. Hang in there. You are strong and you WILL get through this.

Get some SLEEP.... It is the best thing for you right now.

Cats.
Thanks for this!
