Yes, and yes. I have like 10 pills now- I took 1 and then skipped a day but it made a huge difference in ending the withdrawal so I'm planning to take another one today. I need to talk to T about taking these-- I'm so scared she's going to try to take them away too, heh!!! My last T was very anti- anti depressant (he said they cause dependency!!!) I would love to function without pills but I think they do help.

It is a looooong story, they were prescribed by a pdoc in a different country and now I get them from a GP here.

Oh, I see. I know it can be hard to keep consistent medical advice when you're moving around. I'm glad you're planning to tell your t.
