my T wanted me to explain my definition of horrible.she said she doesnt understand when i use the word horrible.

just wondering if anyone has a personal definition of what horrible is

what a horrible person is to you?

what feeling horrable is to you?

what horrible looks like to you?

i guess for me a horrible person is someone who knowingly causes unbelieveable amounts of emotional and or physical pain on others for personal fulfillment.

feeling horrible is a huge bag of uncontroled emotions that leave you powerless to move away from them.powerless to over come them.scared and trapped

what does horrible look like to me.It is huge and very dark,black,grey,and maybe red.icey cold and sharp.it would be painfull to try and touch.it is hard and inpenetrable,unchanging.hard to look at.it's acrid smell would burn my insides

i would love to know how others see horrible.just wondering and thought it was an interesting question she asked

When I feel horrible, it might feel like I've been kicked in the stomach. Or like I can't escape from a bad feeling. There is no hope. It's awful. It feels big.

A horrible person might be a despicable person. A horrible person might be someone who makes me shudder when I think of him/her. A horrible person is not someone I want to have anything to do with.

horrible person - someone who is mean and cruel
horrible feeling - like your in a deep hole and there's no way out plus nausea.
horrible looks like blackness, pitch dark, no light.

So often there is fear behind my emotions and horrible would be one where I would probably be feeling afraid.

to me, "horrible" is very dark, yes, and very cold. Like standing too close to the edge of an abyss, and feeling the cold draft comiing up out of the blackness.
