I all ways liked coming here you all are so kind. The Pre-trial is Jan 2 this is on her bankruptcy,still don't understand why,since she tells DOH that she didn't borrow the money from me, doh asked my lawyer if i was seeing a T now,and if i was they want the records, i don't have a T,and really don't want one, my dr has be seeing me so she gave her records to doh, i can't wait until this is all over

You're getting closer to this being all over. Hang in there!
She may dispute that she borrowed money from you, but your lawyer says otherwise, so you are included in her bankruptcy case, is my understanding.

I can understand you not wanting a therapist now, but I hope someday in the future, if you feel you would like one, you won't let this very very unusual and very very unprofessional/criminal experience stand in your way.

When a person or company files for bankruptcy, that person/company must include any potential claim on the bankruptcy estate regardless of the merit of the individual claim. To simplify, the merit is worked out later. So, this is why your debt is included in her bankruptcy, despite her denying having borrowed money from you.

You all have been so kind in helping me, i have been wanting to reply to some of your threads, but i'm scared that the way i feel about T's right now i would not be of any help, just know i have been reading,and its so hard not to post. My Dr said she looks back now, and she see's the red flags like T coming to all my dr appt's with me,she said T's don't do that they will call the clients Dr's,but not come to every clients Dr appts, and all the emails i'm not talking a few i'm talking thousand of them,she messed with my head so bad

It makes sense that you are confused by this because it doesn't make any sense-- except it is a window into why people who take advantage of others often end up being caught. Can't keep your lies straight, and self interest (i.e. bankruptcy) doesn't allow people to really think ahead.

I am so sorry that this happened to you and I hope you get the validation and support that you need through this process. I am also so glad that you are pursuing this officially.
