Sometimes "new" is a temporary distraction, temporary 'cure'. Then it becomes familiar...
I am in therapy to learn about me, and for my life to feel better. I want to be able to trust my perceptions, to be spontaneous, to be open and giving, to enjoy life as fully as possible. I am in therapy because I want to be. ![]() |

I am in therapy because otherwise my pdoc won't prescribe my meds.
Not sure what I'm supposed to get out of therapy or if it's accomplishing anything, but I keep going.
