Hi guys!

I've often complained that my T doesn't get the balance right between empathy and challenges.

I now realise that there is no way for T to know beforehand what is going to trigger me. So a neutral question for her can seem like a life-or-death challenge to me. Conversely, whern she makes a deliberate challenge, it could bounce right off because it feels to me like a simple question-of-fact.

I am glad it sounds like you will not be in a state of dismay over the rupture while she is gone.
Thanks for this!

Very good! Yes, our triggers are about us not about those who trigger us.
