I am glad I made the good list because I can't stop thinking about the bad list. I do have one more good thing. He said I was like an angry bunny and that my anger is protective and not ... ack, I can't remember the word he used. This will drive me crazy. At any rate, it was a new way of looking at it.

Weirdly, I think therapy is resolving some of my issues. Which is why it's difficult, painful, and I hate it so much at times. Change is hard.
