I love this post - we are living life each moment and we are all okay - not defective or less than. Our Ts travel along this road with us and accept us for who we are.

For me the real "recovery" started when I simply began to ask those questions.

Even if I didn't have the answers at the time, just asking - allowing the idea that things could be different to take root and grow in my brainwas so powerful.

It didn't open the door entirely, but it cracked it just enough for me to see that I had some genuine and valid choices that I could make in my life.
