T and I were reviewing my progress. He asked if I was still exercising every day.

Me: Yeah, you don't really have to keep asking about that any more. I do that all the time now without thinking about it. It's just something I do.

His response: Yes, pbutton, because it is habit now. That's what change does. Change turns into habit.

HOLY CRAP! Change won't always be HARD. Some of these things I am working on will turn into things that I just automatically DO.

I hadn't ever thought about this before. I am so used to everything being hard but feeling more healthy. It hadn't dawned on me that it could get easier.

Where's Apteryx and her cross-stitch kit? we gotta start making these and selling 'em. Awesome, p. The only thing i've been regular at is "being regular" - talk about baby steps

I swear my T and I had this same conversation today. I'm so glad you left with such a gem of a concept under your belt today.

I have started doing a lot of 5K's lately and I LOVE it. I am slow and I partially walk some of it, but I feel AMAZING when I am done.
